Terms of Use

1. Agreement

By accessing or using this service ("the Service"), operated by Binns Pte. Ltd. ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms, and you consent to the analytics and cookie use described under "Cookies & analytics" below. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in email secure. One person or organization per workspace unless otherwise agreed.

3. Subscriptions & payment

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on the cadence shown at checkout. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Taxes are applied where required (via Stripe Tax). Where a money-back guarantee is offered, its terms are stated at checkout and on the license page.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service unlawfully, don't attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, and don't abuse the messaging features. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Warranty & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in-app or by email.

Privacy Policy

What we collect

Your email address (for passwordless sign-in), any profile name you provide, and billing metadata held by our payment processor. We use product logs to operate and secure the Service. We also collect website analytics through Google Analytics, described below.

How we use it

To authenticate you, provide the Service, process payments, send transactional email (sign-in codes, receipts, important notices), and measure how the site and the Service are used. We do not sell your personal data.

Cookies & analytics (consent by use)

This site uses Google Analytics 4, supplied by Google. We show no cookie banner. Instead: by accessing or continuing to use this site, you consent to everything Google Analytics does on it, as set out in this section. If you do not consent, stop using the site.

Your consent covers all of the following:

• Setting and reading cookies and other identifiers stored in your browser, including first-party analytics cookies that persist between visits.
• Assigning you a pseudonymous identifier so return visits and sessions can be linked.
• Collecting your IP address, approximate location derived from it, device, browser, operating system, screen size, language, referring site, search terms where the referrer supplies them, the pages you view, and the time you spend on them.
• Collecting the interaction events Google Analytics measures automatically, including scrolls, outbound link clicks, site searches, file downloads, video engagement, and form interactions, plus any custom events we define.
• Recording conversions, such as starting or completing a purchase, and linking them to the campaign, referrer, or search that brought you here.
• Google's advertising and identity signals where they are active on your account, including Google Signals, cross-device measurement, demographic and interest reporting, audience building, remarketing, and the use of this data for ad measurement and personalization.
• Transfer of this data to Google and its processing on Google's infrastructure, which is located in the United States and in other countries outside your own.

We enable Google Analytics with every consent signal granted, so none of the above is held back. We do not deliberately send Google Analytics your email address, your name, or your payment details.

You can withdraw consent at any time by leaving the site, blocking cookies for this domain, or installing Google's opt-out browser add-on. Withdrawal applies going forward and does not affect data already collected. Google's own handling of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

Processors

We share data with the processors that run the Service: Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), and Google (website analytics), under their respective terms.

Your rights

You can export all of your workspace's data or delete your workspace and its data at any time from Settings. For other requests, contact us.
