Email [email protected] and we'll get back to you, usually within 1 to 2 business days. Please include the email address you use to sign in so we can find your account.
Sign-in is passwordless. Enter your email and we'll send a 6-digit code, then enter it to sign in, no password to remember. You can also continue with Google or Apple.
If you subscribed on the web, sign in and open the billing portal from your account settings to change plans, update your payment method, or cancel. If you subscribed in the iOS or Android app, manage it in your device's App Store or Google Play subscription settings. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your billing period.
Email us and we'll help. Refunds are handled case by case, in line with the policy shown at checkout and applicable consumer law.
One Shot is a ready-made starting point for building an app. The parts every app needs (accounts and sign-in, payments, email, and mobile app shells) are already built, so you hand it to your coding agent and build the part that's actually yours, from idea to a working prototype in one shot.
The full source code, delivered privately, with updates while you're subscribed. Under the hood it's a Ruby on Rails app, so you (or your coding agent) can read, change, and extend every part of it. If your team doesn't work with Ruby on Rails, that's worth knowing before you subscribe.
